How can I cancel an already confirmed booking?

Sometimes, activities cannot proceed as scheduled. In these cases, it's best to offer an alternative to customers before canceling a booking. If no suitable alternatives are available, it's essential to inform the customer of the cancellation and explain why the activity cannot take place.

Before requesting a cancellation, always contact the customer directly to discuss and agree on the cancellation. Once you have informed the customer, you can request the cancellation using the feature in your checkyeti account. Go to the Booking Management section, find the specific booking, and click on Manage booking, and then Request cancellation.

Our team will then review the reason and confirm the cancellation for you. Once confirmed, we will send a cancellation email to both you and the customer and initiate any necessary refund.
